1) the list is in alphabetical order, not ranked.
2) the list is a result of nominations from the manufacturer not the consumer.

3) 8 of 50 are in Western Canada, but Canada has only 1/10 the US population
4) none are in Eastern Canada where the majority of Canada's population live

Mine is number 8. IMHO this makes the list legit, they are incredible at service. We have purchased 5 RV'service and only one from this dealer. They are 2 1/2 hours from home but that's ok even though we pass all the other dealers in our history within 15 minutes of the trip.

We also bought from Bill Plemmons, albeit their Raleigh location. Their Sales Dept. was very easy to work with, and we have been quite pleased with the Service Dept. We'd buy from them again without hesitation.

We will use the Raleigh location for some things such as the yearly inspection. For anything major Rural Hall is the place to be. They work closely together so you can pick either for service. I have had 2 issues resolved since purchase. Both cases resolved on the promise date and in both cases got a call next day to see if I was not simply satisfied but more than satisfied with the service. One issue on the road and I made a call and was talking to a tech within an hour and we resolved the issue. It was my fault but was treated like a customer who was about to make a purchase decision.
They understand customer service.

Great place to buy an RV. We have bought 2 from them. Both in sig.

I am glad to hear that some can confirm some good dealers in this list. However, I have been in business long enough to call suspicion to these type of lists. When a manufacturer rates their dealers we should always ask how? Is this based on some type of consumer survey? Personally, I don't get any survey from my dealer. I love to see dealers appplauded for a job well done. I just want to know how the dealers are rated.

Yes my dealer from Winfield BC too. I actually bought mine from their website. They agreed to take my old trailer on a agreed price and honoured it when I got there. Most of their sales are done this way they told me.
