Are there any RV guidebooks for tips/camping, etc...that would be recommended?

Are you looking for camping locations or general tips? I know Allstays has some good info on locations.....Mark Polk has some good info and videos on tips/tricks. Sure there are lots more....

"RV's For Dummies" is actually a pretty informative tips/tricks book on using your RV.No joke.

I have a Woodall and a KOA directory. But what I usually do is contact the tourism web site for the states we want to visit. I check out the camping links on their sites and subscribe to their email notifications of events and attractions. Some states will even send you a free catalogue through the mail. Visiting the campground and state booths at local RV Shows is a good way to get information. I have some camping apps on my smart phone that are good for informations. "Places" is one app that will find campgrounds when on the road.

I always use Allstays.com for all my RV camping needs. It really features good listing of RV parks in the United States as well as campgrounds, tent campgrounds, state parks, and much more, including state map aids and boondocking help. Check this out!!!!!!!

You might try your local library. I did that when I first got the bug for RVing and I read 2-3 pretty decent books. Unfortunately, I don't recall their titles but a search should turn up a few.

As for parks, try stateparks.com. It has a lot of good info not only on state parks around the country but oftentimes includes info on nearby RV parks, local tourist spots, etc.
