Ours is stored outside in Az for the summer. It is fenced and there are 4 houses in the compound. The cost is $40 a month. Our summer trailer is in North Idaho and this time has a cover.

$20 a month. Nothing fancy, about a 20 min drive to get there. But the price is right.

Your house is elevated? Are you near water?

In the Austin, TX area, I have found outside parking spaces (on gravel) for $86 per month, and covered parking (also on gravel) for $260 per month. The facility is fenced, gated, and has a live-in person on site. Unlimited access to the unit.

$480 per year. Fenced, 24/7 entry, security cameras. Not too shabby.

Wow, I feel I should be storing my trailer a few states away from me for the cheaper covered parking. haha

I am paying $87 a month for a 40' spot in a uncovered gravel lot about 1/2 mile from my house. The $87 will start next month. I have been paying $78 for the past 9 months.

Prior to this storage area, I was parking it about 12 miles away in a larger RV Storage lot and they charged $2 a foot, so I was paying only $70 for my 35'6" trailer. (they only charge for the Feet and not inches).

You all are going to feel good in a second. The cheapest in our county is $122/mo. This is on leased land too so who knows how long we will be able to store there. After that they range from $140-$200 for outdoor, uncovered.

I pay $165/mo for covered parking on asphalt, about 7mi from the house. Was paying $125/mo for uncovered on gravel. It was only 1/2mi from the house, but the sun out here is just too harsh. There is a place down the street from my current storage that offers enclosed parking with free washes for $10/foot. The free washing may be worth it.

We found a place about 10 minutes from home that charges $1.25 per foot for outdoor storage, and $2.50 per foot for indoor. If we do seasonal storage, from Nov 1 to April 30, we get October for free. Locked compound, no access except by appointment. Our old trailer was 20' long and with taxes, it was less than $200 for the whole winter.

Storage

I pay 350.00 for the year, outside storage. It's about a 10-15 minutes drive from home. We are given a key with in and out privileges as needed.
