Unfortunately, just about all the things left on my RV wish list are quite expensive. I might get DW to tick something off the list, but no one else is going to buy me a Progressive Industries hard wired 50A EMS.

Or a 3100W Champion Inverter Generator
Or a Wet Bolt Kit for my suspension
Or a New Equal-i-zer 1400/14000 WDH
Or a 2000W inverter for my truck
Or a Trojan Deep Cycle battery
...

I guess I still need some LED panels to finish out my conversion, those only run about $15 a set, so there's some hope!

Vaneta,
I use a heated mattress pad by Sunbeam, but only when hooked up to shore power. I like it much better than an electric blanket. Just think about the properties of heat. It rises. An electric blanket sends most of its heat into the air above the blanket. On the other hand, an electric mattress pad sends the heat up into your body, and then it gets trapped in place by the blanket above it. A much more efficient way to keep you warm!

My list has a 1000W "Pure Syne Wave inverter (to run my CPAP when overnighting at Wally's or a freeway rest stop), and a couple of deep cycle batteries to keep the inverter/CPAP combo running all night long.

A three burner Camp Chef griddle is all I want. Have a few Boy scout outings and group camping trips to cook for next season.

an adjustable thermostat for the water heater.
What is this mod? Had no idea you could add such a thing.

I am intrigued due to me constantly being burned in the shower when a faucet goes on.

I think this is the one I bought:

Amazon.com: Atwood 93105 Adjustable Electronic Thermostat: Automotive

Yes, the hot water is too hot from the fixed (140F) thermostat. We got by for the remainder of the camping season by opening the winter bypass valve lust past 1/2 way.

My preference is for 100F (just above blood-warm) hot water.

I'll leave a good "Jack n Coke" for you on your journey.

Just added an adjustable thermo to my "wish list". Good stocking stuffer for Mrs. Claus.
