RVing with SOLAR Social Group updated
I just updated the "RVing with SOLAR" in the SOCIAL GROUPS of the JOF forum. This latest update compares the output of a PWM vs MPPT charge controller. The sample numbers use a single 100 watt panel and the expected output from each type of controller under identical conditions. So if you have 200 watts worth of panels just multiply the output amps by 2, 300 watts worth of panels by 3 and so on. Sorry, but I had to shorten the update as the posts in the Social Group section only allow a maximum of 1000 characters.
If you are planning on adding SOLAR in the future, it is worth the read!
