Rvq question

Hello we just picked up an older 23b hybrid and it came with an almost new Rvq with bracket and 3 feet of quick connect hose. I have never used one and was thinking of ordering 15 ft of hose to keep it away from the rv. Just looking for people's thoughts who cook with it on the bracket. Any damage?

I got one with my rig in 2011. I used it several times. No damage to the rig if you don't have a bon fire in it but I was concerned with grease spatters and a few times, where I was set up it was almost to high to comfortably access.

The bracket with mine can be alternately used to sit on a picnic table.

I did not care for it and junked it last year after taking some parts off of it for a mod to my Weber Q120.

Others like it, so go figure?

There was another long thread on this recently. A few people were concerned but nobody had had any real issues that I remember.
I used a grill on a bracket attached to my previous TT for 20 years with no problems. Very convenient.

I've used it multiple times attached to the side of my MH with no damage. I find it handy providing the wind isn't blowing too much. I also used it on a previous MH with no problem.

I got one with my tt as well. This is my first season and we used it on the first trip. I was not impressed at all. It is convenient and that it's about it IMHO. When we returned home, I got a good deal at target for a coleman roadtrip. To answer your question, no damage to the tt. My camper is 9 years old and I see no evidence of damage from the rvq. I will still keep mine in the tt in case I need it while camping.

Yup, we've had them on two trailers. No problems with their location damaging the trailer or decals but it is not a very powerful grill. We always go back to our Road Trip.
