RV's are unsafe and unfit for humans

I just took a close look at the owners manual that came with my travel trailer. After careful evaluation I have come the the conclusion these things are totally unsuitable for humans.

The manual contained 8 Dangers, 81 Warnings and 19 Cautions.

The only warnings that I did not see were:

WARNING: This RV could be hazardous to your health

WARNING: This RV contain items known to lawyers that may generate frivolous lawsuits.

Yes, I am poking fun at the ridiculousness that corporate lawyers have created in these manuals.

Remove the warnings and the manual would be half as many pages.

Not to mention the fact that these manuals are so generic it is virtually impossible to locate anything. They WARN you extensively but won't tell WHERE the item is!

[Rant ended]

This was a separate addendum to my purchase contract I had to sign; I guess they forgot to put it in the manual...

Yep, if you do certain things you could die, if you don't do them you will still die. You can't win.

Yes, I've often thought if they would just take all that crap out, maybe they could include some useful information!

When we brought our new trailer home, I spent what felt like a whole day peeling off the warning stickers inside! I know they "have" to put them on there, but you think they would use something short of industrial adhesive on wallpaper. Lol

The product warnings I like, is the ones that say "Known to the state of California to cause……………….". I guess if you're not in CA., you're safe!

I used a hair drier to remove that sticker on the wallpaper and the stove top cover and duct fan.

Folks we've removed a few off-color and off-topic posts from this thread - please remember that we have some families with young teens that surf here. Thanks for understanding.

So where do you move all of the off-color, off-topic posts? I need something to increase my vocabulary and humor.

Find somewhere else to look at them. This is a family friendly forum. There are plenty of places on the internet for what you want!

This makes one wonder....A state(not a person) "knows" something.....

Who determined that the designation for a piece of real estate has the intellectual capacity to understand carcinogens? Had to be a lawyer.

We have had good luck removing those sticky labels by scraping all we could get off, then apply a little 3M oil to the remainder for a little while and the glue residue will wipe right off.

So to the Mods, I certainly didn't see any offensive language.

I don't understand. What's wrong with having a little fun at our out of control
PC what passes for "government"?

norty1, it was a girl in a bathing suit and it was just shown for a little bit of fun. As far as you saying " there are places on the internet for what you want" now that's not a nice thing to say. As you know I have tried to be as helpful as I can to everyone on this forum. That remark was a little over the top. Don't worry it's over and done, no more bathing suits from me.
