Shocking

Picked up our 2015 pinnical Friday after they finished the punch list
We have about 4500 miles on it.
Well I hooked it up to shore power and nothing only 12 volt power ,ok checked breakers in trailer and house none were tripped plugged in to different outlet
Surge protector clicked and started working on the trailer so good I thought until I was shocked on the storm door so I unplugged it from the house still was getting shock at the storm door and in the basement on the aluminum beam so I went to the battery compartment everything looks fine touched the battery wires well the back of my hand touch the metal box and wow it wammed me good !! power is all turned off now
Any ideals

Look up RV Hot Skin on google. Sounds like part of your problem. Nothing to play with as it's killed several people. A ground, or something else is not good.

Here's a little reading on it. Have to scroll down a little to get to the what causes it part.

Use an outlet checker to see if your home outlet is wired backwards. If that is ok, plug it into the outside AC Electrical outlet and check to see if the TT is wired correctly. Odds are that the porblem is with you house outlet.

Just curious, I'm guessing the problem did not exist prior to the dealer doing the punch list? Did they attempt to correct or change anything electrical during that punch list?
