Should we ask for a new one

Hi all
We ordered our eagle ht 29.5bhds on Jan 30
Took delivery may 19th
Since we have had these issues:
Speakers not working. They make popping noise. Dealer replaced still not right.
Bluetooth works every now and then
Shower door rollers broke
Front steps almost fell off
Shade in slide out defective
Refrigerator panel kept falling out of track
Leak in kitchen that dealer couldn't find
The two big ones:
Floor area by door and bulk head compresses up to 1/2 inch and creeks over a 10 square foot area. Visible by eye. Dealer said it's a winter project. How are they gonna fix. Cut up the floor on a brand new camper???
And I noticed on the roof the roofing material is bubbling up or air pockets coming out of skylight in shower as well as wires running along skylight flange.
It's starting to add up and ruining our excitement with our Jayco. Would you guys request a new one.
Thanks
Tommy

Never heard of the manufacturer provides a new one unless the California lemon laws applies. RV Manufacturers warranty their product for making repairs to make it right.
So the dealer does it or it has to go back to the Manufacturer. Jayco has a custom shop where they do service repairs on their build units.

Based on what you mentioned there seems to be basic frame/substructure damage to the rig.

I'm sure it's no.
I just can't see ripping up the floor or re-roofing on a,new rig.

If you have structural damage and you bought it as a new unit then the dealer is at fault. You might be able to make a case for fraud if the damage was not revealed before sale.

Don't know if lemon laws apply to an RV like this, especially if the case was damage after mfg.

It sounds like roof and floor/frame repairs are in order.

Minimal. It may have been simply a damaged skylight that leaked a lot of water and compromised the floor. Still a big deal, but, not as bad as tweaking the structure. Problem is a lot of floor would need to be replaced.

PS it goes to show that thorough inspections are needed even on new units. At one dealer I saw them working on a corner of a trailer that had been crunched during delivery. I would hope they would disclose this before sale, but, I am not confident they would. They will rely on someone falling in love with it and buying as is, then worry about any residual issues after the sale.

I'm sure that dealer did not disclose
Hate to have them rip up floor to see what's going on.
Yikes

Do a Google search for a RV Inspector. Maybe you can find someone to look at it for you also.

Well you have to start with the dealer (you have done that)
Yoh have to contact Jayco (you have done that)
You are going to have to document EVERYTHING. Lots of pictures and take notes.

I guess a what would I do is try and find a RV Inspector and get a unbiased review of the camper.

I would keep letting Jayco how unhappy I am with calls, e-mails and pictures. Keep everything documented.

A bad as this may sound it all can be fixed but at what cost and how much time.

I would suggest that you take more pictures and this time play with the lighting to really bring out that wrinkle on your roof and lightning from inside to show off the wiring. Remember the dealer really doesn't care like you or I would, your trailer is just another box in his yard and he probably hates all this extra paperwork for the same amount of money and the trailer next to yours is a regular service customer that's in & out.
Wish you the best.

FYI, when up on my roof yesterday I looked in the skylight. NO wires were visible at all.
