Red face Side running light lens cover

We have having trouble with one of the red slide light lens covers being real secure after replacing the bulb. Nothing is broken or worn it just doesn't click on real well. Hubby was planning on dabbing a little bit of caulk on it. Does anyone else have any suggestions or solutions that have worked well?

Try turning it over. If not they are just plastic and either replace or do as you suggested a little silicone.

I use silicone , that way you can remove the lens to replace the bulb ,

Talking

hubby ended up just putting silicone on it. He tried flipping, turning, cleaning etc. no luck but silicone seems to be just fine.
