Slide making noise

We left Arkansas this morning headed back to Missouri. When we returned to the Missouri oak and set up we noticed a grinding noise I climb under their ailed and saw nothing wrong. We did drive thru 4 hours of heavy rain last Friday. I used white grease on he gear and track. Motor seemed fine. Any suggestions
