Did you have to modify the opening or did it fit the existing hole? This would be great for our bathroom door. Wife thinks you can see too much from outside at night with the light on.

The one I bought fit perfectly in the existing opening.

That's a nice clean look and the fact that you can look out is a big plus and the price is very reasonable.

That's the first modification I've seen that I think I would actually want to do to my Precept.

I am going to do both of my doors. As Dan says above my DW doesn't like the frosted glass in the bathroom either.

Thank you for all the compliments I wanted to do this upgrade for a long time. I did not have to cut anything I literally took the old one out and put the new one in, the only difficult part was holding the shade in place while I screwed the frames together that's where the third set of hands came in nice.I just typed in AP Products slim shade in the Amazon search bar when I purchased it.It did however come from one of their outside vendors.

Whish we could see the ocean! But did the unit come with a gasket, or some other sealer for the glass? Thanks

Did a search and found the instillation instructions. Search with: AP Products slim shade install instructions. Instructions state sealant for the glass is included

Yes there was a gasket on the outside part of the frame that meets the trailer and another gasket where the window attaches to the frame

When I did mine and set the window in place from the outside I taped the frame to the door and didn't need a second set of hands

Installed it yesterday and I can see why the OP said it takes 3 sets of hands. The blind kept falling out before I was able to insert the screws because the blind cords were too tight. So I had to loosen up the blind cords in order to install it, but now they are a little too loose. If the manufacturer would have put a few more plastic "points" to hold the blind a little more secure, it would have been much easier. All in all, I am happy with the way it turned out.

We were at our dealer to have some other modifications made to upgrade our 2015/ Seneca 37FS. Looking at the 2017 or 2018's sitting on the floor and saw they had a shade over the door. Got the dealer to order us one with the cornice that matched our other cornices and interior trim. It is a great addition/modification and is used every day.
