Solar panel included with tent trailer purchase >>

Inside the tent railer I purchased pre-owned is a fairly good sized solar panel. The seller (widow) couldn't remember what it is for. There's a black wire and a white wire coming out of it. Connecting it to the battery to charge do you suppose, or could be anything I guess?

I had a small one like you describe that was to keep a trickle charge on a boat battery in storage. I would not think it would be much more than that.

Agreed. If it fits inside a tent camper, then it's probably on the smaller end of the solar panel scale....most likely around 5 watts. If you use it, you'll want to pick up an inexpensive charge controller before hooking it up to a battery.
