storage

I know it's to early to think of winter storage but I just installed the Air Maxx covers on my 28BHS. Does anyone in the snow belt leave the vent open for the winter with the Air Maxx cover? Any thoughts good or bad are welcomed.
Just getting a head start, still 2 trips to go!!

I leave mine open when in storage and have never had a drop of water come through.

We left ours open for the first time last year and we had no issues at all.

We always closed our trailers up for winter storage. Never had any unwanted dust or problems.

Here in Michigan I keep my vents closed during winter storage, and I have the MaxxAir covers as well. A couple of years ago during a windy snow storm I opened the vent a little and I could feel the moisture from the snow coming in through the vent.

I also keep a canister of DampRid in the TT during the winter months, and it does absorb a fair amount of moisture out of the TT. I also keep a refill carton of the DampRid stuff around as well.
