Stove Top Removal

I was fixing the stripped cabinet screws, and one was dropped down inside the stove. I was able to lift the stove top off, but I want to make sure I put it back on right. Is the two tabs on the back all that holds it down? I can still lift the front with a finger. I don't want to break it just pushing down on it, is just the tabs all I need to hold the top in place.

I am assuming that you have the standard RV stove top. You have to push back on the front and down and then pull it forward to hook the two tabs in the front as well. Four tabs is all that holds my top in place.

Yep, tab on the right was bent up into the lid. I came that way from the factory, it was loose when I took it off. Its fixed now. Thanks
