Swift SLX Soft Floor Spots

We have a 2013 Swift SLX 185 RB which has had about 4-5 months use total (more than the average weekend camper would do). In recent months we noticed soft spots on our floor and took it in for repair. Turns out, the side wall air conditioner leaked through the wall and into the floor causing damage to the floor (and perhaps the wall). Repair took roughly two months as they gutted the trailer to replace the entire floor. Fortunately, we were in the tail end of our warranty period and didn't have to pay a dime. IS YOUR FLOOR GETTING SOFT?
Is it still within warranty? Don't wait another week to have it looked at....

ADVICE: We will never buy a TT with an air conditioner on the side wall. We have had ceiling mounted and never had a problem. That's our two cents.
