I take what is said on line about dealers most time as someone not happy. My dealer had on line comments from good to stay away. Well so far I have been very pleased. I do not agree with the policy of paperwork than PDI but I can see the reasoning. From my first visit to placing my order was without hassle. We spent a day looking over our unit than signed papers and Scheduled the PDI a week later on my day off. That was done at our pace and they did a good job. Since they have limited repair space until new service center is built I was told up front before buying service is two months out. The stuff found on PDI were for some repairs that parts would be ordered for. This week I emailed to see when I could bring it in. Next morning I had an email and phone call for my service date. So far I am a happy camper. It is so nice to get a phone call right away and not have to call over an over. So I expect my repairs to be done like their customer service has been so far Outstanding.
