Television reception question

I tried a similar question a while back in Tech talk and got zero replies, so let me try it here. Still having no luck getting cable service thru the exterior sat connection. If you've got the interior arrangement of an A and B port with a jumper between them, I'd appreciate if if you let me know how you have it rigged for service. Also, can you get that same service through your bedroom outlet. Same question for your DISH hookup. Same question for air service.

To get cable service make sure your antenna amplier is off. You will not get cable in your RV with the amplifier on.
To use your exterior anntenna make sure the amplifier is turned on to boost signal strength.
Bedroom and Den tv's should work when you are hooked up to cable or using your exterior anntenna.
The jumper on my a and b ports stay connected at all times.

Hey, I need to recheck the instructions at the A/B ports. I swear it says to disconnect the A port. I'll put the jumper back in there and try it. I'm aware of the booster situation.
Thanks. If that works I'll be a happier camper!
