I like the fact that they added some additional models to the Eagle TT line-up, and most models now with a GVWR range of 8,500lbs to 9,700lbs (2012 Eagles were all above 10,000lbs). Now the question is what was sacrificed to save weight.

Did they take the Skylark out of the lineup? I didn't see it on the website for 2013.

In our TT poll out of 421 votes there are only 5 Skylark votes. Perhaps they were not selling? On the other hand, the recently introduced Whitehawk line has 17 votes.

Our dealer told us you couldn't put a weight distribution hitch on the Skylark due to the front geometry. We were hoping that they'd solved that issue for 2013 and offer slighly longer dual axle versions of the TT.

It also appears the Swift is now available as a hybrid this year, The 165RB.

We have a 2013 X23B and we liked the new color selections. They eliminated the X23J and added a 23' Hybrid with 3 bunks (probably to compete with Roo's 23SS).

I read on the internet ( I do not remember where ) that the Eagle line this year is the former Eagle Super Lite re-branded. If this is correct, that is how they are saving the weight, it is not the same line of trailers as before.

Dwight,
That would sure account for the weight reduction...., guess as soon as I walk through one I'll know if the "Eagle" is truly gone.
