HillTop Trailer Sales in Fridley is the location I purchased my TT.

"The top camping trailer dealer in 2011 was Hilltop Trailer Sales, Inc., in Minneapolis, Minn., operated by Richard Pearo, Mike Pearo, Brad and Mary Johnson."

They are extremely friendly and polite people! I have refered a few friends and family members to their location and will purchase any Jayco I purchase from them.

Sales and Service are among the best I have ever come across.
CONGRATS to HillTop Trailer Sales in Fridley, Minnesota!!!!

We purchased from Richardson's RV. Wound up dealing with the owner Mark who honored our RVDirect quote. Nice guy. We picked up our tt from his dealership (RV Connection) down the street in Middlebury, Indiana

Interesting...We were camping at Caledonia SP, PA a couple weekends ago and a big Jayco Designer 5'ver pulled in next to us. While he was setting up, I introduced myself, and he told me he was a certified Jayco mechanic and worked for Hilltop Trailer Sales, Inc., in Minneapolis, Minn. Sure enough, his Dodge 3500 diesel had Minn plates and he had Hilltop decals.
During our stay, he answered many questions I had concerning our 21M.
Good Guy! He was touring the eastern part of the country in a big loop.
I wish my DW would enjoy traveling like that.

I bought from Colerain as well. They were great to deal with and I feel I got a very good price. I told them I had been on the Internet and knew what the price should be. Salesman told me that he didn't want to waste my time or his, so he was going to give me his best price to start and he did. Beat the "Wholesalers" by several $. Had a couple minor things that I had to have service done for and that was great as well. Recently had an estimate done for hail damage repair. Body shop guy was super friendly and extremely knowledgable. Based on his advice and the insurance adjusters, we decided not to have the camper fixed. Decided to take the check and accept the depreciation when we sell it.

Mark also honored RVdirects quote on our trailer. Mark is a nice guy with a great sales staff. Too bad his service dept. is lacking.

I worked with both Mark and Gary from Richardson's RV. I found out about them via their web front http://www.thervexpress.com/ and as you did, we picked up our RV up from Indiana RV Connection (wtih Ebony taking care of all the paper work). Mark, Gary, & Ebony were all very responsive though out the entire process.

I can't say enough about Thompson Family RV in Davenport, Iowa. It's been a family operation since the '50s I think. They beat an online quote, did everything they said they would and were very nice to deal with in every department.

I noticed the same thing after Service Manager Eric left.

When it comes to warranty work, I hope you have better luck with the service dept. than I did.

We bought our new 242 at Hilltop in Fridley, MN. Not the lowest price but wonderful people and our third time buying from them (pop-up and used TT previously. Haven't had to deal with service yet. Hope they are as friendly and helpful.

We got ours from Gary at Campers Barn in Kingston, NY. Fantastic people to deal with. We purchased a trailer from Albany RV the year before and did not get half the service we received from Campers Barn.

Thank you Gary Hosking at Campers Barn!!!

We just purchased our new X213 from Happy Trails RV in Prince George, BC.

The purchasing experience was great from start to finish and their pricing is excellent. What really blew our minds was the 2 hours the tech spent walking us through the TT because it was our first unit. He went far above and beyond a standard feature walk-through, sharing numerous tips and tricks.

We do have a few minor teething problems with the unit, so I guess we'll see how the service dept is too. The unit goes in on the 12th, so I'll update this thread once we get it back.
