Been tempted many times this season to de-winterize. Just couldn't bring myself to do it. Temps have tumbled lately, but yet another warm up coming soon. Hopefully they'll become more consistent. Our first trip out is usually in mid April to coincide with the Morel mushroom season.

Just saw your reply, thanks for your time.
I have not been to Mohican S. P. nor have I paddled that river.
Will put it on my list though.
I paddle alot around Cinti area and am new to the RV scene.
Last summer I did a few days at Indian Lake and that was nice.
Looking forward to seeing alot more OH State Parks.
When we get ready to go North I will look you up and get some access/shuttle info and see if you are available to paddle?
Please look me up if you come south for an paddling and/or RVing!
Thanks

Think positive Murff - "In-AccuWeather" shows mostly sunny for us the last week of March . I'm trying not to get my hopes up but I might pull the cover off that week.....

Probably too soon for anyone living out near Connecticut, especially after their last storm, but I just can't take it anymore.

We're hoping to find a walk up site at one of our local state parks, 80% of the sites don't take reservations this early, will just try our luck I guess.
I'm giving it a couple more weeks before I dewinterize. I've lived in Colorado too long to trust March. My wife will be in the Bahamas visiting friends for the next 2 weeks, so I'll use that time to build a frame for my flexible 100w solar panel, put gas and oil in the new generator and give it a break in run, do whatever else I think I need aside from flushing out the pipes.

When she gets home we'll probably take it out to North Sterling SP (about 45 minutes from the house) for a shakedown. In May we are going out for an 8 day trip to Nebraska and Iowa.
