Time to move on

We have been looking for a new RV for about 3 months now. Thought it was time to replace our 2010 Eagle 5er.

I had decided to go back to a TT and could not find any floor plan that I liked from Jayco. So, we started looking at other brands and purchased a new Heritage Glen 272RLS today. We traded the Jayco in and will be picking up the new TT next Saturday.

Will soon find out if my choice to go from a 5er back to a TT was a wise choice.

We've done the same move. Went all the way up to motorhomes, then back to fifth wheel, then travel trailer. Gotta go with what works for yall. Might as well go join the FR forum as well. BUT, please hang around here too. I'm still over there under same user name. I hate to say it, but lots more info over there, mainly due to how huge FR is. Lots of good people, just like on this side of the fence.

Hi Ken,
Not sure if you have seem them but Open Range RV makes some nice looking TT's also. We are looking to sell our 2014 274RLS. If you are interested in a like new condition trailer, we can make a deal.

Forest River makes a nice trailer. I tried to convince the family on this one; however, I was forced (kicking and screaming of course) to get a bunkhouse model. I like the limited slide on the camp side because it doesn't encroach too much on your outdoor living space. Maybe when the kids are off to college. Enjoy your new home!

Jayco owns Open Range, so if you own or buy an Open Range, you're still part of the Jayco Family!
