To buy or not to buy?

Tomorrow I am suppose to put a deposit on a 2016 26BHS and I have to tell you that after reading about TT's on the internet I feel like I may be buying the biggest headache in the world. I am not talking about just Jayco but when you start to research any TT all you hear are horror stories. Is what I am reading just a few bad apples making lots of noise or are all these problems I am reading about the norm?

Please if I am going to be buying something that is going to be nothing but problems for me let me know now so I can save myself the pain and suffering.

Thanks!

Your looking at the glass half empty...The amount of people that have issues with their campers are a very small percentage as a whole.....

I just purchased a 5er and I`m hoping that all will be well but as most on here say the horror stories seem to be a small minority. Most on here will tell you that it is a great way to see the country and enjoy your self and the family. I have only had mine for 2 months but all has been well with me.

Welcome to the form and hopefully you will buy a Jayco and we will see you on here telling us how much you love it!

Welcome to the jungle.... um.... the forum.

My opinion:
The VAST majority of RV owners have few or no significant problems with their purchase. In addition, the VAST majority of RV owners don't join any forum of any type.
In short, you'll never see postings from the VAST majority of satisfied RV owners.

If you research virtually ANY product on the internet, you'll find lots of postings by people that have a complaint, legitimate or not, and want to express their dissatisfaction.

Couldn't agree more. Not nearly as many "Hey, I've got no problems" posts - it's sort of what you expect and so not as interesting.

I spent this last winter doing a lot of research before finally making a purchase earlier this year. It can be difficult to filter out the noise, especially when your new to the game. Sometimes, no matter how good the manufacture, stuff breaks. Picking a manufacturer that stands behind their product is key - the Jayco 2 year warranty stood out among the dozen or so different trailers I looked at and certainly factored into my decision. Let the fun begin!!
