To those with permanent sites or annual leases

if you don't mind me asking (and you don't mind answering), what do you pay for your site?

we pay $800 for our 6 month site. We put a deposit down in the fall, then pay the rest in spring. That gets us 50 amp service, water and sewer hookups, free firewood, and they also keep a dumpster in the campground. This is at a 15 site small town campground. There's lots of big trees and it's shaded nicely. Mostly all retired people that rent seasonal sites for the summer months too. A small quiet campground, we really enjoy it.

That seems like a great deal. The only seasonal option around here is a beautiful mountain CG that gets $700 month and you still pay a guest fee for visitors outside your immediate family.

For 700 mth I can own a pretty nice piece of land in the mountains.

About $1800.00 a season plus hydro. Probably 75 sites on a great spring fed lake on the Bruce Peninsula.

We pay $1200 a year, plus we are responsible for our own electric ($50-100 a month) and water (maybe $15-20 per year) Our site is 90' wide x 140' long (built with the intent of having a mobile home on it.) Love it because we have room for a 12' x 44' wrap around deck, and 12x16 storage shed and parking for more friends than I have.

I just bought my TT that I'm placing on a seasonal site. The cost is $2100 from May 1st to Sept 30. $150 to leave the trailer all winter on site. This is for everything, Electric and water included as well as firewood and I only have to pay 10% of the cost per year for the patio that I will build, they supply the material and I pick out the stone that I want to use. They pay full up for me and I pay back only 10% of the cost per year for 10 years....they keep the patio if I leave.

Our rent went up again for 2014, this year it is $2300, this includes sewer and water, we pay for electric, last year our electric was $175 for the year, we can leave our camper there over the winter and it doesn't cost anything extra.

We pay $1300 per year. April 1 thru November 1. Includes electric, water, sewer and trash. CG has about 70 sites, small fishing pond (catch and release only). We put up a car port over our entire site, covering our RV, boat and truck. A lot of friendly people...nice and quiet. Campground is directly across from the lake access we use the most. We love it!

This will be our first year as seasonal campers on Cape Cod MA. We are paying a little over $4,000 from April - October. They will supply a new shed, gravel driveway and landscaping.

Ours is a lease by the year in a park on a river. April-May getting on the lot depending on river water level and end of October to leave. There is only water at the lot, and bathrooms and garbage containers provided. Annual cost is $685.

Our yearly rental cost for our site is $2,000 per year which includes water, electric and sewer. Not bad for central PA and the view we have is great. There are only 2 other RV's on the property.
