Transfering Water Through Docking Station

We have purchased a new HT 28.5RSTS and I want to sanitize the water tank but unlike our travel trailer which had a fill tube which made it easy to fill from a water container this new one has a docking station and I was wanting to see what everyone uses to transfer water from a container into the tank when full hookups aren't available.

Quick Step, We have a HT 27.5RKDS but I suspect the procedure may be the same, or at least similar. On ours, there is a removable panel in the basement on the drivers side. Behind that panel is the water pump and by-pass valves along with a clear plastic hose that can be inserted in a bucket of water. When the pump is turned on, it will syphon the water into the fresh water tank.

Yep, one of those kinda dumb things. They could have just put a hatch there, but, I guess two screws are cheaper than hinges and a latch.

Yep vcbice, absolutely correct about 2 screws being cheaper. Here's how I fixed mine:
