I have been towing RV"s since 1972. We went with a TT mainly because the FW would not fit in our shop. I have towed both and don't feel either is perfect. I think the main thing is to have enough truck and have the hitch set right. I know what ever you get you will enjoy it.

We don't have a fifth wheel, but Jayco makes some real nice fifth wheel bunkhouses. They may not have been on the lot u visited but look at their website...

you looked at the wrong 5th wheels then, not only does mine have bunk beds in the back, it is the kids own room with a space for a tv with power and cable hook up, my son and his friends love the bunks in ours, and their are alot of bunk house models out there now

and it is nice because the old trailer just had a curtain blocking off the bunks and had to walk through it to get to the bathroom, this has a door so when the kids go to bed we dont have to if its raining or whatever

Having owned several TT I need to chime in here to say that the 338 RLTS is not like any other bumper pull. There is no sway in wind or traffic. Not sure why.

Agree with above having had both setups.
