update: front wall replaced
picked up our 2014 white hawk 24rbs yesterday from traveland rv (where we had purchased it) who replaced the faded front wall under warranty after jayco agreed to do so. appears they did a good job. went to hook up and electric tongue jack wouldn't retract so informed service agent who came out, inspected, realized the leg had been bent when they moved it, and immediately had a new jack installed.
pleased that jayco stood behind their product, and that traveland provided good service.
