I have just read a interesting article about warranty repairs from the respective of RV dealers and the challenges these people face in dealing with customers and manufactures. Mark van Ostrand writes in the latest RV Pro mag that as a owner of a dealer in South Winsor Conn. that in all the 43 years of dealing with all the companies he has dealt with, JAYCO has far been the best! Nice endorsement. This really is a good article in their November issue.
