Water heater element

Trying to change my water heater element but it is frozen or rusted solid. I already broke an extension and a ratchet (no worries Harbor Freight specials) but before I torque on it too much, any advice? I have already shut the gas and electric sources off and released the pressure valve. Are these things solid enough to wrench on or will I tear the heater sidewall out with too much power?

I wouldn't want to risk damage to the tank or element mount. Perhaps some PB Blaster from Walmart soaking overnight?

PB Blaster for a couple of days, then, if necessary after the PB Blaster soaking a little heat from a propane torch....

Copy all, thanks I would hate to damage it, especially on a holiday weekend.
