What brand toilet paper?
Okay, need to stock up on this very necessary product for my upcoming rental. Yeah, I know you need to use septic safe toilet paper.
However, I know most of those papers are harsh and I don't want paper that burns my sensitive parts!
So, what brand do you folks use? How does the softness compare to let's say the Costco Kirkland brand that I've used for years?
Please, no snide remarks - I really am serious with this question.
Thanks much.

Scott tissue one ply. Not too harsh and will dissolve quickly in the poo tank. Also cheaper than RV TP.
My advice and worth what you paid for it.

I use the Scott's brand from the RV section at Wal Mart. It's soft enough for us and only runs about $2.25 a 4 pack.

COSTCO's - Kirkland brand - 2 Ply. Soft, works fine - DW did the water jar test and it dissolved faster than the RV TP. She is convinced it is safe to use now that she performed the TP test herself.
If DW is happy, so am I!!!!

Same here. We ran out on the last trip so had to use the spare rolls that came with the trailer. One-ply, who invented that? Never again.

Hey, that's good to know since I have a bunch of it around here.
Do you take your Magic Jack on the road with you? We have it at home, but it never occurred to me to take it on the trip. Hum, I might now!

The dissolving test only works if your moving. If your parked for a length of time then the paper does not dissolve. I have seen clogged tanks, it's not something you ever want. RV paper will dissolve even when your not agitating the water. So it will depend on how you use your rig.
And NEVER EVER use the flush-able Wipes..they never dissolve.

Charmin Ultra Soft from Costco, at home and in trailer, Research the video on the guy that built the clear black tank to test paper, washouts, chemicals etc. Charmin Ultra soft beat the RV single ply. Angel Soft was good also, but not as good as the Charmin U.S.
