What products do you use to maintain slides?

Still learning our way around the new Eagle. Former TT did not have slides so they are part of the learning curve. Seems some products are for the gears and some for the rubber seals. What products do y'all use? I understand how to apply the product for the seals but how does one access the gears to apply those products? Or are they necessary? From what we recall of the PDI only protecting the seals was mentioned.

On the slide seals, we use Aerospace 303.
Gears, I just clean them every now and then and spray some dry silicone spray on them, if you're referring to the LCI through frame type with the teeth on the 2 rails.

My owner's manual says to not lube the gears.

Anything on the rails other than clean and spray with Silicone, will attract dirt and grime and cause problems.

Is silicone spray ok to use on the rubber seals? I have been using it on my vehicle's weatherstripping around the doors for years with great results.

Rubber is rubber. If it works well on your car, it should work on your RV.

Dry lubes work well and don't attract dirt.

I have always used ArmorAll on rubber slide seals, door seals, tires, etc. It protects the tires and seals on my car and TV, it should do the same for my TT. I used that for 8 seasons on my Outback slide seals and they looked like new the day I traded it in.

As for the gears and rack on the slide, like the others have said - just keep it clean. Dry lube only, if you feel the need. But any oily or greasy residue there will attract dirt, which will cause problems.

I recently purchased Thetford 32777 Slide Out Lubricant - hoping it's okay for the gears and rack on the slides. Haven't applied it yet. Should I have any concerns?
