Where are the hot water tank bypasses located a 2014 jay swift 24rbs

I believe they are next to the bathroom sink but there are 3 valves in there I closed 2 of them but still can't get the water pump to suck the rv antifreeze out of the jug?

I have three valves. I shut off the inlet and outlet to the tank and open the middle (bypass) . You might try prime the pump through the inlet (suction) hose and make sure the line to the tank is closed.

You have to change position of all three valves.
