Flight of 93 memorial was awesome. The architecture is very well done, especially the walkway to the viewing platform. The visitor center walks you through that day in a very well done presentation.

First real road trip.
Heading down to Charleston, SC James Island County Park
Traveling via Oregon Inlet, Outer Banks for a day/Night then long drive to Charleston.
Going to do my first Walmart stay on Eastern shore of MD. All new experiences. Weather looks absolutely dreadful. The whole East coast is in a Scattered Thunderstorms for weeks

I finally got a week off in the summer and it has been torrential rains since we got here. This is just my luck, wait 13 years for a summer getaway only to sit under the awning. Sigh...... Click image for larger version

I left upstate NY in the rain on Monday morning after getting soaked hooking up. From what I understand, we got out at the right time. Heavy rain there since.

It looks like I may get about 2 hours tomorrow morning to pack up and hitch up without rain.

I hope it works out for you. I'm still trying to clean the mud off of our stuff. I hate putting it away wet.

Got back this afternoon from a week’s vacation at Family and Friends Campground in Standish, ME which is on the south west tip of Sebago Lake. Had a nice size campsite which was close to the playground, rec hall and the pool for the kiddo’s! [emoji4]

I tried to load a picture of our site, but Tapatalk isn’t playing nice with photos lately... Not sure what is going on with it.

Cheers [emoji482]

I’m jealous. We just arrived in Vicksburg, MS after leaving FL today. I want to go back!

We went to Buxton, NC and had reservations at Cape Point Campground but when we got there it was all under water. I think this is a beautiful place but never go in rainy weather! We boondocked in their road one night and came back to Trout Pond in WV and had a great time there.

Well. Turn around and come back. Plenty of room at Ft. Wilderness I'm sure.
