One of our local favorite spots.. Jellystone Park in Elberta, AL. Tons of staff led activities this weekend. It's one of the few times we get to relax while camping with a 4, 7 and 10 year old.

Holy Smoke, near Mt. Rushmore. Going to see Rushmore today and spend the night here. Tomorrow to Custer State Park, Blue Bell for a 4 day R&R.
We've been on the road since 8/19, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Cody, WY.
Anderson hitch worked well in the winds on the prairie, and the Endurance tires are running cool with zero problems.

We had to cancel our trip to Willow Tree near Myrtle Beach, SC due to flooded roads but we were able to get 4 more days at our destination in Waynesville, NC. We leave this Thursday.

Homolovi State Park in Northern Arizona. Have had a great trip so far but will be packing up and heading north Sunday afternoon instead of Monday morning in order to keep ahead of the incoming weather from Tropical Rainstorm Rosa. A flash flood watch has been issued starting Monday and I'd rather not be caught in that or the projected gusty winds. We got caught in something similar last season and spent a rather anxious night at a rest area being buffeted around by extremely strong wind gusts.....
Here is last night's sunset which then turned into nice dark skies for some stargazing.....

Just home from a trip to Hancock MI and Lake Superior. Around here at home for a week and then off to The Grant River Army Corps of Engineer site on The Mississippi River in far SW WI. We go there to watch the huge water fowl migration. Likely our last trip of the season for the TT.

We just got back from Assateague State Park 2 weeks ago. We all had a blast.
Cape Henlopen is nice too but not as close to the beach as Assateague is.
