Where can I get Jayco Warranty service.

I'm curious about options for Jayco service. The "local" dealer is not entirely satisfactory to me, I had some issues there when we had some warranty work done and I would like to avoid going back there. We did not purchase from them and I'm glad we didn't.

What I would like to know that since Starcraft is owned by Jayco can I get warranty service there? Also, there is a dealer in town here that does not sell Jayco locally but they do have a location in another town about 125 miles away that is a Jayco dealer. Would it be possible to get warranty work done from them in the local store? And lastly, since Camping World sells Jayco at some locations and Starcraft at others, can I get warranty work at ANY Camping World?

Inquiring minds want to know

Steve

Not to be Cpl. Obvious, but have you called Jayco and talked to them? Before I moved to Knoxville, I was able to get them to allow me to have warranty work done by a Keystone dealer b/c there wasnt a nearby Jayco dealer.

Yup, call them. We have two local places that are great dealers but not approved for warranty work. One call and problem solved.

I can do that but since we do have a dealer fairly close and no others within over 100 miles my concern is that they would insist that we go there. I will call Jayco and see what they say.

Our Jayco dealer is 3.5 hours away from us but being that they are the only dealer in our province, there are 2 RV repair outlets here that do all of the Jayco warranty work. We dealt with them a few times with our pop-up and they were amazing to deal with. So there may be somewhere in your area that is not necessarily a dealer but is authorized to do repairs through the warranty.
