The Smokies are the southern range of the Appalachian (SP?) Mountains - about 6-8 hours east of Arkansas. Pigeon Forge is about 45 minutes east of Knoxville. A really beautiful area.

Spent part of the day airing out the TT and unloading the rubbermaid container with all my essentials. All I need now is to grocery shop & make the beds and...we're off! I'm so thankful I cleaned the TT after our Easter trip & able to start off fresh.

Quintana Co. park, i'm thinking... or SLP (San Luis Pass), here in SE TX..... if they still have a spot tomorrow (probably no way on SLP)... otherwise, we'll go to one of a few closer CGs...

i need a few close strips to sort this new hybrid, before our annual pilgrimage back home... so i don't mind where...

as it appears... our weekend of camping just got semi-trashed... but i am bringing the hybrid home, and setting up in the driveway for a 'home camp'... i have a few add-ons i'm going to work on:

tornado black tank flush kit
bike mount inside a step up for front bunk
motion sensor outside light
foil bubble wrap cutouts for the windows
test fit the 'pop up gizmos'

maybe a good waxing if my nephew is home

Chop, we live down in the SE part of AZ.....south of Tucson. Been wanting to try camping up in the White Mtns. I heard it is beautiful!! Any particular campsite or SP you like the best?

We are going to Roper Lake SP in Safford on Friday. Cannot wait. Hope the wind goes away tho.
