Where the *^%$ is the Serial Number??

I have a 2015 34 BSRS. I'm trying to send a question to Jayco Customer Service and it requires a SERIAL NUMBER. I have the VIN number but it says it is too big and the Serial Number is only 8 characters. I've looked thru all the papers, all around the trailer, and nothing! Any ideas?

They use the last 8 characters of your VIN no.

The website does have the info - if you put your cursor over the question mark, a popup shows how to find the serial number by using the last 8 numbers of the VIN.

They should have made it a button to push to get the popup.
