Wind and Fire!

This was not funny when it happened, but looking back we can laugh a little. It could have been worse.

The short story is we were camping this weekend and in typical fashion, we all gathered around the fire at night in our chairs (it was 45 after all). Well, the wind was a little spirited to say the least. We all got up to check something out at the camper next door. Then one of us turned and yelled "chair on fire, chair on fire"

As you can see in the pictures, a couple chairs got blown into the fire. A blanket was also partially consumed as well. Kinda looks like a bad poncho now!

Be careful with the wind!!!

I'd be more concerned about my beer in the cup holder going into the fire more than the chair itself..

The blue chair was definitely a loss. Can't say much about the green one except I hope the beer survived.

Rest assured fellow campers...no beers laws were broken. The beer in question was fully consumed prior to leaving the chair per the applicable bro-code. No beers were harmed in the incident in question.

(I'm fine, thanks for asking!...LOL)
