Wireless Backup Camera with Wireless TPMS - Any Interference?

Hi All,

I'm considering installing a wireless backup camera on our trailer. Specific camera I'm looking at is the Furrion FOS48TAPK-BL Wireless High-Speed RV Observation System.
I currently have the TST 507 TPMS with a repeater.

Our FW (see sig) is 40' in length, so I'm guess the distance from back of trailer to truck cab is ~55'.

I'm wondering if anyone that has a wireless backup camera and is using a wireless TPMS if you've experience any interference between the 2 systems?

I did contact TST and they indicated that they were not aware of any situations of interface between their systems and backup cameras.
But thought I would check here for any real world experiences.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

I have the Furrion wireless camera on my 377 and it works great. I just got a Tire Minder TPMS for smartphones for Christmas. I sorry, I haven't hooked up the TPMS yet, as 5er is at dealership for warranty. It's supposed to ready this week, so I'm hoping to put it on before we depart dealership to test out. I'll let you know what I find out....

We have the furrion on our 377 and had problems. While sitting we got 1 or 2 bars of reception and while driving 60 plus mph we would loose reception. We contacted them and they knew of the issue and issued us a 6 foot cable extension to get the antenna to the drivers side of the RV. I tried it temporarily and it didn't work so went out and bought a 30 foot cable and put the antenna next to the AC over the bedroom and now everything is great. BTW Jayco did stand up and cut me a check for the cable.

I have both a Furrion camera system and a TST TPMS system on my TT. I had to install a repeater on the TST system because of the length of our TT. No issues with interference between the two at all.
Great peace of mind having both systems!

ROC - I just dropped 5er off at storage after towing from the dealership (about 40 miles). I had no problems with interference from the TPMS and the Furrion camera systems. Both worked flawlessly!

Thanks everyone for you replies. Based on the info you shared I feel confident the camera will work with the TST TPMS.

I've ordered the camera, now I just need to wait for spring to come so I can install it.

Thanks again for all your help.
