Is there a site that posts schematic details about electrical system and water system for Jayco?

Many owners report that Jayco customer service will send them to the owner by email after the 2 year warranty period.

I have some of the drawings for my 5th wheel but they are clearly marked with copyright statements that clearly say "do not share without express written permission from Jayco".
So, I'm sure if anyone did post them, Jayco legal department would be all over that website pretty quickly.
So email to Jayco customer support is your best bet.

I asked for the water schematics on our 2016 back in November, and received them in PDF in an email about 2 days later.

Taking the advice of the sages of wisdom here I contacted Jayco and even though I am the second owner they sent me the 12v wiring, 120v wiring, waste plumbing and fresh water plumbing along with the floor joist lay out for what its worth. It took them two or three days and I received it in PDF format and as someone else on here clearly stated it was marked copy writed and I'm sure they would frown on it being posted. I am very pleased with their response.
