2010 Jayco 1007 Pop up owner from OZ

A new member from Australia ???
Greetings from OZ.
An ex-demo 2010 Jay Series 1007 pop up owner here.
All the way from OZ.
OK the door is on the wrong side but I was sold on the floor-plan.
A company from Melbourne in Australia imports custom Toy Haulers from the states and they have found that a small camper will also fit in the shipping containers.
A few adjustments with the electrics and gas for compliance and all registered for use on the road.
Doors for most caravans need to be on the left hand side, pop-up campers are OK with the right side, should only be a minor problem in the caravan or RV parks in OZ.
As I said it was the floor-plan that sold me, to have the capability of sleeping 7 in reasonable comfort is rather amazing in a 10 foot tub.
Jayco are a huge seller in Australia (all manufactured in Melbourne). From pop-ups to toy haulers.
Build quality seems fine from the states, all the Jayco vans here use a stronger hot dip galvanized chassis and aluminium frames and the jury is always out on the benefits of that.
Anyway greetings from Echuca in Victoria Australia. (One to Google map).
Now must ask a question about DuraTek.
