2015 Eagle 324bhts

hello all, great site been doing lots of reading before my first post.
We purchased a new eagle 324bhts! will be picking up at the end of April.

just starting to gather and think about all the accessories I will need and have most things covered but have a question about jack stands under the slide outs.
does anyone use these or highly recommend? I read in the manual that they are not necessary and but my dealer recommended them under the big slide. (of course he did...) they are not that cheap and don't really want them if not needed. This year we will not have a seasonal site so they won't be extended long term.

thanks

Congrats! We also signed today on a new 2015 27rbok and will be picking it up at the end of April. I am hoping against hoping the snow will be gone. I can't help you with any of your questions, but there are a lot of nice folks on this forum with experience that I am sure will chime in soon. Congrats!

Congrats to you on your new RV! Welcome to the forum too. Our trailer won't have a slide, but I am pretty sure you do not need to support the slide out with additional jacks. Many more experienced folks on here will chime in soon and let you know for sure. Have fun!

Everything I have read says don't use supports under the slides and I myself never have used them and have never had a problem with my slides

My Jayco Owner's Manual says; "Additional support jacks are not needed under the slideout. Damage can occur to your slideout room from improper use of aftermarket support jacks". I don't use them....Welcome to the Forum
