A do-over hello ! !

Now that my wife and I know that we are in the right place (ignore Jayco / StarCraft Thread), Hi from John & Shirley.

A little bit about us:

Born & raised for 65 years in Philly, home of the Cheese steak, we moved to South Central PA, 9 years ago. Yes, we have a little mileage on us, but we continue to be extremely active.

Start RVing 7 years ago with a used 5th wheel. We now have graduated to a 2013 Autumn Ridge 26RLS StarCraft TT.

In our infancy with RVs you quickly learn, on the fly, you will break things. The trick is don't do it twice.

We did a 3 month, 10,000 mile adventure with our 5th Wheel through the Mountain States towing with a 5.3L Silverado. Again you learn. The truck made it, but it was never friendly to me again.

We now tow with a short bed F350 and the 6.8L V10. That Ford really pulls.

Huntin', Fishin, Snorklin', Grand Babies, the TT--No grass grows under these feet.

Pictures---YUP ! ! !---I can bore you to whatever---The kids call Dad / Pop-Pop, Captain Video.

We hope that we can contribute to the Forum.

Attached is a pic of my Bride or Mom-Mom, climbin' into the 350, that we may put up as our logo (AVATAR).

Thanks & 'YIKES' ! !

Welcome!

Lots in common with you... travel, grandkids, photos, '06 Ford, Jayco, and judging from what it said on your photo, Disney fans.

YIKES
My wife is a retired Michigan Cast Member of Disney (the Disney Store actually). Our house is dripping with Disney stuff. I guess she traded in her paycheck for Disney prints, cups, snow globes, plush, etc., etc., etc!

We've been to WDW a tad bit, too. While the wife was a Cast Member, got a few Disney Cast Member discounts! Those were terrific.

Disneyland is TOO close now. We go from time to time, but rather go to WDW.

Next planned WDW trip is to the '15 Wine & Food Festival . Already made reservations in Fort Wilderness. REALLY looking forward to that!
