Air conditioner

We bought our first camper. 1997 jay co Pop up. I noticed that when running the air conditioner a lot of water pools on the roof and runs off the side where the king bed is.

Is this normal? Nothing leaks inside. It just seemed like a lot of water was pooling on top

Sounds normal. The AC is condensing moisture/humidity out of the air.

If necessary, adjust the angle of your trailer SLIGHTLY to get the water to run off in a different area.

One thing I did when I had my Pop up was to get a piece of Aluim Siding and bend it and clamp it so that the condensate water would drain away from the canvas. Basically you would be making something along the lines of a rain gutter

100% normal. Your A/C is doing its job.
