"All Season ready"

Recently bought a Greyhawk. The salesman pointed out the heating plates on the 3 tanks and said unit was equipped for cold weather.
However, the Jayco factory says my unit does not have heated water lines.
Can I use the unit in below freezing temps?

Do you have an enclosed underbelly on that unit?

If you do, your furnace should keep the lines from freezing up. If your waterlines are exposed, you'll have issues, especially when going down the road. Someone with more knowledge of your setup will probably reply too.

Thanks. No, underbelly is not enclosed. I asked Jayco why they'd put in tank heaters and not line heaters. No response yet.
