I'm glad we finally have a Jayco forum. I often frequent other RV forums ,but glad we have one of our own.

I am not new to the Jayco family our current trailer is an 05 Jayco 27 Baja. Same floorplan as the 27 BH, but diamond plating around entire trailer including the propane and battery compartment, has a generator compartment, checkered flag awning, overhead roof lights and nobby tires. The trailer has performed flawlessly only defects are the ones we caused.

We started out with a 94 Jayco pop up and regret selling it everytime we want to go up in the mountains into small campsites.

DH is now looking at 5th wheels and he has visions of a bunkhouse with slide outs. Our current trailer doesn't have any and it gets tight with the kids especially when it rains. We'll have to check the piggy bank and see if we can assist in stimulating the economy until then.... See you on the forums!!

Welcome, JC... nice to meet you on the forum. With your experience I'm sure you'll be able to bring some great idea's to the campfire! I agree to some degree, there's something to be said about the little pop-ups. Sometimes, all you really need is a bed, a fridge, the BBQ and the quiet of the mountains!

Welcome to the Jayco Owners Forum JCGHill! We camp occasionally with our grandkids and appreciate the bunks! Hope your piggy can handle it, nothing like a new Jayco
