Been lurking around for a while
New Jayco owner here. We started out with an enclosed trailer that i built a bathroom in that we used when my son and I were racing dirt bikes. After my son grew up and lost interest in motorcycles we've had a couple of pop ups, then last year we bought a Skyline Nomad 186 that was just too small for us (being a cheapskate sometimes actually costs more money) so back in January we bought the camper that we originally wanted; a 2014 26bh. We have friends that are very outspoken about how great Jayco campers are and after searching many brands that meet our criteria for size, price and floorplan the Jayflight Swift was an easy choice. So I've been lurking around here since January and I cant say thank you enough for all of the info and tips that I've found here!
Well, that bad boy has been sitting idle in our driveway since January and we have reservations at Yogi Bear's in Natural Bridge, Va. (we love it there) in two weeks and I'm about to explode with excitement! This past weekend we hooked everything up and made sure everything was woking and I knew how to operate everything. That went well. I've already installed the LED awning lights and plan to convert the interior lights to LED and add a power tongue jack. Alot of friendly folks here and alot of great info here. Thanks for letting me join in. I look forward to meeting some of you guys out on the road.
