For the water pump check to see if you're set up to pull water from your tank, from city water or to fill the tank.
I've had a similar problem when I had these mixed up.

The tank is full and drawing from it with the pump, no water connected. I just didn't realize you couldn't shut off the water pump electrically if you were running on shore power. I thought the water pump switch on the monitor panel under the microwave would shut it off regardless of the power source.
