Buying a TT September 27th...

Hi everyone.... I am buying a new Jayco TT this Tuesday.... Toss up between the 21QB and a 23RB.... I like the living space location at the back of the 21QB... The dual fresh water tanks will be cool when boondocking.... Any input on these models on TT forum would be great.....

We just brought our 21QB home and have to say we absolutely love it.... this is going to be a VERY popular model I'm sure, you, me, and everyone else loves those windows letting in the natural views, and we love our natural views

We've gone to many RV shows, and I think I go each time with a challenge... to find something we like better than our old 19RD and now our new 21QB.... and every show simply solidified our thoughts, we have the best little camper out there.

We used to be pop-up campers, and what we loved best about the pop-up is all the VIEWS, that wrap around view. So my husband and I both vividly remember the first time we saw the 19RD floor model, we loved the WINDOWS, and that was it. Our search was over. The one thing I really wasn't crazy about was the climb over bed, I really wanted a walk around queen bed. I even wrote to Jayco even as we were purchasing the 19RD telling them they really SHOULD make the same 19RD floor plan with a walk around queen. We were a couple years too early, but now, finally, excited to see they finally listened to me! (LOL, just KIDDING! They listened to me and everyone else. I know there were probably multiple 1000's of these kinds of requests).

So I'm checking out the layout of the 23RB. You have a different layout, and you gain a wardrobe in the bathroom, but you lose the pantry in the kitchen and you lose the expansive views because your sitting areas are spread out, not combined. In our camper we appreciate the 3 big windows all close together, because we can use all of them when sitting on the sofa and also at the dinette.

But for us we don't need a ton of storage for clothing. We have modified our bedside closets to shelves instead of just hanging stuff, and we did have to reinforce and build supports to hang our shelves from. I'll have a video later about that modification to show how we did it and why, but that is going to involve some video editing and I still have to learn how to even do that, right now all I can do is point and shoot video and upload it un-edited. My mom was requesting a tour so I uploaded a couple of videos for her, the outside tour and also the inside tour with how I organized the different storage areas. If you care to take a peek my youtube channel is at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5k...q1AXFUCgBs4uFQ - and the mods and organization tips are in the video titled "The Messy Inside Tour"

Happy shopping! I hope you love your choice as much as we love ours... and I'm sure you will... because after all you know best what your preferences and needs are. Fall in love with a camper and that is pretty much all there is to it
