First time Jayco owner

Hello everyone-

I am buying a 2015 Jay Flight 32tsbh w/ Elite package and insulation package on Monday. This is our 4th camper, but our first truly new one.

I'm just wondering if there any tips or tricks that may be specific to Jayco units. I'm definitely buying MaxxAir vent covers and new tire covers for storage asap.

We are looking forward to having more room and a unit that's brand new. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Jerry

Congrats ! I just bought a 2015 32TSBH with the Elite package myself. This is my first travel trailer. A few friends of mine told me the first thing to do was to install the MaxAir vents asap.
Next upgrade will be changing out the bathroom and outdoor kitchen faucets. My buddy that has a Jayco said the factory faucet tends to splash water out of the sink easily due to the design and it is so low to the sink which makes it difficult to wash hands and your face.

Hey Hooligan, how many roof vents does the unit have?

Also does it have a Fantastic vent fan in bathroom or just the standard little.plastic one?

I believe it just had 2 roof vents. As for the bathroom vent fan I am not sure what brand or model. It was kind of small in comparison to the vent opening though so it doesn't look like it will move very much air. I have a feeling that I will end up upgrading that too. Lol. I don't have a tow vehicle yet so I am having it delivered to a seasonal site on 4/14 from the dealer. I will confirm the fan info and let you know by the 15th.

Detroit, I just checked the pictures that I taken during my final inspection at the dealer. The pictures confirmed that my 2015 32TSBH w/Elite package only has 2 roof vents. 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the bunkhouse.

I have a picture that I took of that bathroom vent fan but I have to figure out how to post it here.
